Things you need to know.
All of our products are made to order. This means it may take up to a week for your order to ship, but it also lets you make everything your own! The only exception is when you order a pre-made item.
When you click Add to Cart, a pop-up will appear asking you to fill out some more information. This will help us get your order just right.
Our products can come in so many colors that we have a color gallery & a micro color gallery. Each gallery is separated into color sections, so there aren’t too many choices in one place. Please review the gallery and the color names before selecting the product you would like. Unless, of course, you want us to surprise you!
Each product can have a different set of metal finishes. We have Black, Gold, Neo-Chrome, Rose Gold, and Silver options for most products.
Some of our color choices come in a Deluxe version. Deluxe cord has more strands and is woven tighter than our standard version, making it smoother and flatter. Any color with a * next to the name can come in Deluxe, or find all the choices in the Deluxe section of each color gallery.

Every Home & Roam item is handmade, but we work quickly! Most orders can be completed the same day. However, please allow 7–10 days for your order to be made, as we may occasionally need to order additional PPM cord or supplies.
If we expect your order to take longer than usual, we'll let you know.

Yes! We currently ship Home & Roam orders anywhere within the United States, and we're working toward expanding our shipping options in the future!
We also offer local pickup and local delivery throughout the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. Available options can be selected at checkout, where you'll receive any additional details or instructions.
Ordering from us at an event? If your order isn't ready to go home with you that day, you can choose to have it shipped, pick it up later, or have it locally delivered when available.
